Cette troupe est crée à Kinshasa le 25 août 1989 par un groupe des jeunes artistes sous la direction de José BAU DIYABANZA, licencié en Animation de développement.
Cette troupe de théâtre est une ONG de jeunes volontaires spécialisés dans l'éducation communautaire par le théâtre.
Ses domaines d'intervention sont la santé, l'environnement, les droits de l'homme et l'éducation. La troupe est composée d'artistes diplômés de l'Institut National des Arts (INA).
Notre action est dirigée plus vers les milieux ruraux, les communautés économiquement défavorisées, les zones enclavées.
Nos réalisations sont, en plus des productions de pièces classiques, des créations collectives autour des résultats des recherches menées auprès des communautés concernées. Elles sont des animations théâtrales, des formations, des recherches et des encadrements d'enfants et de jeune.
Nous avons un centre de recherche dans le domaine du théâtre pour le développement et une bibliothèque communautaire.
Nos travaux servent d'outils pédagogiques aux séminaires, campagnes d'information, d'éducation et de communication pour les communautés de base et pour les différents partenaires.
Les fruits de notre travail ont été reconnus et primés au niveau national et international.
C'est ainsi que le Ministère de la Culture et des Arts nous a décerné un trophée pour le prix de la révélation obtenue au Festival International du Théâtre pour le Développement au Burkina Faso.

This theatre company is an ONG of young volunteers specialized in Community education by the theatre. Its fields of intervention are health, the environment, the human rights and education. The troop is made up graduate artists of the National Institute of Arts (INA).
Our action is directed more about the rural middles, the economically disadvantaged communities, the wedged zones.
Our achievements are, in addition to the traditional productions of parts, of collective creations around the results of the research undertaken near the communities concerned.
They are theatrical animations, formations, research and framings of children and young person. We have a research center in the field of the theatre for the development and a Community library.
Our work is used as teaching aids with the seminars, campaigns of information, education and communication for the basic communities and the various partners.
The fruits of our work were recognized and preceded at the national and international level. Thus the Ministry for the Culture and Arts decreed us a trophy for the price of the revelation obtained with the International Festival of the Theatre for the Development in Burkina Faso. We have a Community Library and a small data-processing Center.We organize international building sites and a festival of the rural theatre.
